At The Coparenting Cooperative, I help families move through divorce with less conflict and more clarity. Through mediation and parenting coordination, I provide structure, support, and a neutral space to focus on what matters most — building a stable, respectful co-parenting relationship that puts your children first.
Divorce mediation is a cooperative, non-adversarial process that helps separating couples reach agreements on parenting, finances, and other issues. A neutral mediator guides the conversation and helps both parties make informed decisions without going to court.
Parenting coordination is a child-focused process, often ordered by the court, that helps divorced parents resolve ongoing conflicts and stay aligned with their parenting plan. The parenting coordinator facilitates communication, reduces tension, and helps parents make practical decisions in the best interest of their child.
A parenting plan outlines how parents will share time and decision-making responsibilities after separation. Even if you were never married to your child’s other parent, we can help you create a plan that supports consistent, predictable co-parenting and puts your child’s needs first.
A post-decree modification is a legal change to an existing court order, such as custody or support, made after the original decree has been finalized.
The Coparenting Cooperative will soon offer supervised visitation services, which provides a safe, supportive setting for parents to maintain a relationship with their child when unsupervised time isn’t currently suitable.
"Rachel is compassionate and builds trust naturally throughout the process. She has helped guide us through a really difficult time and made it as easy for us as possible while ensuring both of our best interests are taken into account. Highly recommend Rachel if you are in need of the services she offers."
"Rachel was very professional, extremely helpful, empathetic and was very neutral since she cared for both people being there. She is a great resource/option if you’re considering using mediation instead of choosing an attorney. It was a pleasant experiencing considering everything."
